How it Works

The Camelot Wheel is based on the circle of fifths. Each number represents a key, while the letters indicate minor (A) or major (B) scales. To mix harmonically, DJs can:

• Move Numerically — Move one step up or down (e.g. 8A → 7A or 9A)
• Switch Modes — Switch between major and minor of the same number (e.g. 8A ↔ 8B)
• Diagonal Mix — Move one step and flip mode (e.g. 8A → 9B)
